Project Invaders (Alpha)

This is a gameplay only alpha. The story is the next step in development.

About the game

Project Invaders (working title) is a free to play shoot-em-up designed to be played on mobile devices. It has a progression system where your character gets stronger based on the upgrades you perform on your weapons. You can also unlock and craft new weapons by unlocking their blueprints and gathering the materials necessary to craft them. There are also a number of challenging bosses that are gate keepers from accessing new zones and missions, so you have to get better and learn their patterns while upgrading your weapons to make the fights a lot easier.

The story

30 years ago, unknown alien invaders unleashed havoc on Earth. The Earth barely defended was able to defeat the incoming invaders, at the cost of many lives and the fall of many nations. The United Nations, now knowing there are outer worldly hostiles waiting to attack us, decided to create an organization to combat these invaders when the need arises: the STAR (Specially Trained Alien Response) Organization. You assume the role of a new recruit for the STAR Organization. Not so long after your recruitment, Earth once again falls into conflict with another alien race.

About the creator

I'm a one man team working on all the assets and coding that goes into the game. The development may take a while as I can only do this so long as I have free time to dedicate to it. I made this mostly to show case the skills I learned about game development and 3D modelling and animation.
